We are a medium-sized locally-owned Insurance Restoration company. We specialize in the cleanup and repair of homes or small commercial buildings damaged by water, fire, or smoke. We have worked in over 2000 homes and have built the entire business on referrals from clients, insurance agents, plumbers, and contractors. Projects can range from small drywall repairs or returning homes to pre-loss conditions when damaged by multi-level floods or fire. We specialize in helping clients manage the claim portion of the project and we work with all insurance companies. We are Licensed, Certified, and Insured. We use industry-standard pricing, direct bill the insurance company, and offer consultations at no charge.

Gateway Restoration was started by John and Deanna Robbins in 2009. They were introduced to the insurance restoration industry through friends working for companies that were struggling to satisfy their customers and employees. Their combined backgrounds include: sales of financial services, buying and selling property and companies, property management, new home building and financing, real estate, and mortgage lending. Using project management and sound client communication, they put together a company that has stood the test of time. Most important to their success was attracting a motivated, courteous, competent team and using the latest technology and training to ensure the structural integrity of the homes they work on.
